Position Overview: The TA Support Specialist role provides administrative assistance to enable recruiters to work top of scope to deliver a consultative recruitment service to hiring managers and administrators.
Responsibilities include proactive and responsive support to ensure effective execution of recruitment strategies that meet the organization's hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial applicant review and assess applicants? qualifications to identify viable candidates for vacancies
- Establish email contact with viable candidates to determine qualifications and interest in available openings
- Conduct prescreening of candidates including review of recorded video interviews and written feedback, utilizing appropriate screening techniques to determine if candidates meet minimum job requirements
- Document and maintain precise and timely updates of applicant information and requisitions in applicant tracking system
- Schedule and coordinate assessments, interviews, and events efficiently and accurately
- Refer qualified candidates to recruiter for further assessment
- Ensure accurate completion of new hire and transfer process including relocation, sign-on, and referral bonus pay-out
- Provide additional recruitment support to recruiters and hiring managers
- Other administrative tasks and duties, as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience recruiting Sales Ops, Eng Ops, IT Ops, Fin Analyst, Recruiting Coordinators, Entry level HR Generalists, Marketing Analysts, Field Marketing Analytics roles.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in the English language (B2+).
Additional Requirements:
- Attention to Detail ? Experience in identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in
information, and taking proactive steps to ensure quality and completeness of work; detail orientation
and follow-through shown in previous jobs
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills ? Excellent oral and written communication skills and effective
interpersonal skills; experience successfully managing multiple priorities to meet expected
deliverables; proven ability to work within a team environment
- Computer Knowledge ? Solid understanding and proficiency in using MS Office and experience working in a PC computer environment
Preferred, but not required:
- Applicant Tracking Systems or HR Systems experience a plus.
