Summary of the Role

The SBA will help implement, document with SOPs, and improve existing processes and workflows and suggest new processes to improve information and data flow across the organizations. The BA will help identify errors, gaps, conduct tests to ensure datasets are complete and accurate, and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The SBA will use various data reconciliation, validation, and control techniques to ensure data accuracy in the set.



Responsibilities

Collaborate with accounting, Tririga teams, WW OPS, and leadership to ensure building datasets and information meet data standards and initiate reconciliation steps with the data owners to ensure they get resolved in a timely manner.
Created detailed documentation related to building datasets and/or workflows to ensure all data sources, data transformations and processes are documented to the level needed to pass accounting and lease admin standards.
Update project management tools on progress, challenges and completed tasks.
Participate in data validations and quality control activities produced by Business Intelligence Engineers (BIEs).
Data reconciliation to data sources for verification and accuracy.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or 6 years of Business Analyst work experience.
Strong English communication (B2+)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar experience in a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to collaborate and lead effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with project management tools and concepts.
Provide subject matter expertise during client interactions, addressing inquiries, offering insights, and ensuring client satisfaction.
