Payroll Support

Job description: Accountable to assist the operational Payroll activities such as data input, reporting, perform validations & attend payroll general inquiries.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to ensure SLAs are met while show good customer service and show enhancement to address inquiries to related teams. Review and support with the review of operational gaps to seek improvement areas. Apply the knowledge of the basic elements of payroll processing to ensure accuracy and good standards are maintained during the cycle processes. This role demonstrate ability to work closely within a team and delivers on demand ad-hoc reporting according to management requests and business needs. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a changing environment with a high degree of accuracy and detail oriented with their understanding of the payroll processing cycle.

Qualifications:
At least +B2 English level
Bachelor's degree in administration/ Accounting or related field
2+ years' experience in similar roles
Salary range: 850.000 colons per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Temporary position for 6 months
