Job Description
First line support to internal users for master data, process and use of CRM (SFDC). Managing a number or queries and cases to support sales processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To field, triage and manage SFDC cases in both instances.
- Assign cases to the relevant SME if unable to manage the case.
- Raise a SMAX ticket if the solution requires IT support.
- Manage the communication with the case initiator to keep them informed of status/action taken/closure.
- Document common issues and resolutions for benefit of team and replacement team.
- Train and mentor, the replacement team once hired.
- Liaise with Rocket Service Desk on non-SFDC cases.
- Produce reports on Case data for TSA reporting purposes.
- Represent our team as part of the Post Go-Live War Room
- System usage monitoring
Skills & Experience
- Requires SFDC knowledge and experience.
- Worked in support environment.
- Team player / good communication skills
- Analytical skills
- English language
