Regional Financial and Administrative Manager
Objective
Lead the regional financial management, ensuring financial control, analysis, and planning, as well as compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Manage and supervise processes related to procurement, asset administration, and general services.
Main Responsibilities:
Define and lead the regions financial planning, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability analysis by accounts/clients, aligning the financial strategy with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax requirements, and audits across different countries or business units, strengthening internal controls and mitigating financial risks.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and international stakeholders, ensuring clarity in the analysis and supporting decision-making processes.
Oversee purchasing processes, suppliers, and contracts in accordance with internal policies.
Required Profile:
Academic Background:
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Manager leading financial and administrative teams and processes.
Experience interacting and collaborating with geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams within global business environments.
Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, internal controls, and audit management.
Experience in asset management, infrastructure, and general services, including procurement, supplier, and contract management.
