We are looking a skilled and motivated professional to join our OPEX team that will support Finance Business Partners and BPA GBS leadership with planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Key responsibilities:
Supports End to End GBS Operating Expense Mgmt Process
Supports all planning, forecasting and budgeting effort for the assigned business units Function (headcount and nonlabor)
Collaborate with functional finance teams to ensure alignment
Maintains financial planning models, develops forecasts, trends and supports performance management analysis and commentary development
Understands budgeting, planning and operational data to run standard reports and develop adhoc reports using the globally standardized tools
Prepares ad hoc analysis for BPA Business Partners and Corporate BPA on an as needed basis
Prepare monthly Journal Entries for the month end close process (including Intercompany charge outs to other Regions of the company)
Track and analyze actual performance against plans for purposes of providing analysis and commentary for management decision support
Interactions with the Senior Leadership Team
Qualification And Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required in one of these fields: Finance, Accounting, or Business (if relevant experience exists)
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of finance experience with a focus on planning, budgeting, financial analysis, month end close, and reporting required. Accounting background a plus
Professional experience in large global multisegment business with month end close relating to journal entries and intercompany charges
Ability to go beyond the numbers and determine the root cause of variances, and consider the broad business implications in helping identify opportunities and improve performance/process
Some Experience with centralized accounting ERP (SAP), HR (Workday), BPC (Budget, Planning, Consolidations), and Power BI preferred (Nice to have)
Excel advanced user (Must Be)
