Job Description
- Responsible of Project tracking and follow up with stakeholders, using Mondelez methodologies and frameworks.
- Allocate the Project scope into components or sprints, milestones, initial tasks, and delivery dates.
- Establish Project Teams, Governance Structure and RACI inc.
- Setting up the meeting calendar.
- Complete Project Charter.
- Manage RAID Log.
- Articulate stakeholders involved in projects, such as Mondelez Teams and vendors or external partners.
- Manage Project risks, interdependencies and change requests.

Requirements:
- Professional in Business Administration, economics, engineering, or related fields.
- Desirable knowledge in agile methodologies.
- Project management certification preferred.
- Spanish as first language / Fluent English
- Expert knowledge on project management methodologies and management frameworks.
- Strong knowledge on MS Project tool and the other Office components (Power Point, Excel and World)
- +3 years? experience in project management/coordination, with proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving multiple teams / 3rd parties and both technology and business components.
- Previous experience in technical Sales Force Automation implementations, ERPs and SaaS Platforms project management.
- Sales process knowledge on CPG companies
- Analytical problems solving mindset.
- Able to effectively build relationships between Internal Stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience developing mitigation and remediation plans.
- Proven experience in high complexity software/ IT projects.
- Articulate and influence on stakeholders.
- Ability to handle project change requests.
