DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Development engineer I
Support the Sales & Engineering teams on pre-sales projects with technical activities such as selection, submittals, scope letter and quoting.
Essential Functions
- Support on Request for Proposals working on selection, submittal, pricing, etc.
- Apply value engineering, recommending different equipment or technologies to supply the client?s needs.
- Provide our internal and external engineering teams with support on medium and high complex projects
- Provide engineering support with internal project review processes.
What we look for:
Required
- Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or alike.
- 2-4 years of experience in HVAC/Air Conditioning design activities.
- Intermediate knowledge in HVAC/Air Conditioning equipment. Selecting, designing and making proposals.
- Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Effective and professional communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and peers.
- General business level in English (B2+ and above)
- Willingness and ability to learn about the HVAC equipment, new technologies, new products.
Preferred
- Knowledge in VRF technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge in chiller technologies is a plus.
