Luxury Homes Costa Rica (LHCR) is a full-service residential real estate company located in the central valley of the San Jose area in Costa Rica. The Executive Secretary will oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office including but not limited to: answering calls from clients and agents, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, responding to customer inquiries, managing office documents t, and performing general office administration duties and social media postings.

**Position: Company Secreatry**
**Location: Work from Home (Costa Rica)**
**Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Costa Rica)**

**Responsibilities:**
- Efficiently manage office operations while maintaining a home office setup.
- Utilize your fluent English proficiency for effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Employ your video editing skills to create engaging and professional content.
- Handle social media platforms to promote our brand and engage with the online community.
- Utilize Excel and Word programs for various administrative tasks.
- Ensure the reliability of your personal computer and a fiber optic internet connection for smooth remote work.
- Exhibit professionalism, responsibility, and trustworthiness in all tasks.
- Leverage your experience in sales and office management to contribute to the team's success.

**Requirements:**
- Exceptional command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in video editing and experience with editing.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Word programs.
- A designated home office space equipped with a reliable computer.
- High-speed fiber optic internet connection to support seamless remote work.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven professional and responsible work ethic.
- Previous experience as secretary office or similar.
-5 years minimum experienced in related field.
Needs to live in Central Valley.
