IT Infrastructure Administrator Engineer

As an IT Infrastructure Administrator Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency across on-premises and cloud environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and support the organization's digital transformation.
What You?ll Do
- Microsoft 365 Administration ? Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender, and IT security policies.
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions, including servers (physical and virtual), storage, networks, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
- Implement and maintain network security policies, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps, cybersecurity, and software development teams to optimize IT operations.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
- Security & Compliance ? Implement and enforce IT security policies, access controls, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, ITIL).
- Network & Connectivity Management ? Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and secure connectivity.
- Automation & Scripting ? Use PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate tasks and optimize IT operations.
- Incident Resolution & Support ? Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, and cloud platform issues, providing L2/L3 technical support.

What We?re Looking For

- Bachelor?s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration, engineering, or a related role.
- Extensive experience managing Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender, and security policies).
- Strong expertise in Windows servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Networking knowledge (firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, load balancing).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, AWS/Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+ or ITIL are a plus.
