Job description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. The coordinator will assist in the organization of interviews and communication with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process


Responsibilities

? Schedule interviews and phone screens directly with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Arrange travel logistics for visiting candidates, providing clear and timely information.
- Maintain and update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide prompt and courteous follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and email.
- Compile and present weekly reports on candidate status, highlighting any insights or trends to improve recruiting strategies.
- Facilitate post-interview debrief meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and objectives are met.
- Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to enhance candidate experience and streamline scheduling processes.
- Support various recruiting activities and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications

- At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting coordinator or HR role, demonstrating knowledge of recruiting processes and candidate management.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong English communication (B2+)

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred
