We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Injury Case Manager to become a key contributor to our team. In this role, you will manage cases end-to-end, ensure efficient communication among all stakeholders, and oversee the progression of clients? medical care, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
Requirements:
Bachelor's (Required)
Experience of 2 years working in a call center (Required)
Advanced English, written and spoken (Required)
Experience in personal injury case management (Preferred)
Previous experience of team managing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Capable of multitasking and adjusting priorities as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
