Responsibilities
Providing high efficiency, proactive support, and adjusting direction in response to shifting priorities.
Working with different timelines and responding/adjusting schedules accordingly is essential in this role.
Must have strong attention to detail, the ability to self-direct, organizational and project management skills, demonstrated initiative, a strong work ethic, and effective communication with others.
Book meeting rooms, catering, and audio/video for non-executive onsite meetings
Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with confidential and sensitive information.
Assisting in coordinating team events and organizing meetings and offsites for large groups.
Maintaining and publishing organizational charts, contact lists, org level aliases and distribution groups
Ownership of internal processes, including Purchase Orders, tracking invoices, ordering Hardware/Software/Procurement.
Manages for new hires: Seating tracking, add new hires to DLs.
Create and update master calendar for visits.
In charge of creating informative slides to display in site monitors.
Support sales center visits from non-executive teams: Ensure badge access for all visitors. Work with security and Facilities so they are aware of the visitors and where to direct them when they arrive. Arrange after-hours reservations for dinners, cocktail parties, etc.
