Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of assets metadata and positioning within Adobe Workfront projects, focusing on product-only images and metadata accuracy validation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

Review and validate assets in Adobe Workfront based on product characteristics that will be launched in the future, ensuring they meet the documented required standards and metadata accuracy.
Approve assets in PSD or PNG format with transparent backgrounds;reject JPEGs and non-transparent PNGs.
Revalidate approved assets based on updated guidelines in a very dynamic Product Line with over 10000 products that range from Laptops, Printers to HyperX Microphones and Mice.
Collaborate with project owners to mark tasks as completed once QA is passed.
Utilize reports and trackers to prioritize and manage QA tasks.
Understand prioritization of tasks and how choices will activate assets online.
Communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to missing or incorrect metadata for assets.
Ensure assets are correctly tagged with language metadata (e.g., "none" for assets/images without text).
Follow established QA processes and update documentation as needed.
Be courageous to ask difficult questions that can be articulated relative to the process.
Requirements:

Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools or metadata tagging.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in asset metadata.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with image formats and requirements (PSD, PNG, JPEG).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex QA scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a QA role within a marketing or digital asset management environment.
Knowledge of asset Metadata processes.
Experience with Power BI for reporting and tracking.
