Responsibilities

Attention to detail examples include organization, editing skills, diligence, data comparison/cross-checking, and time management.
Adheres to contractual agreements to deliver service or manage discussions around the service.
Attend meetings as needed to provide updates, better understand metric drivers, or implement improvement action plans related to the resolution and response metrics for the accounts assigned.
Keep accurate records of assets utilizing SharePoint and Excel.
Support customer contractual accounts as requested by HP.
Maintain Customer device list report to ensure that newly acquired and decommissioned inventory is reflected accurately and as close to ?real-time? as possible.
Creation of Hardware orders or supplies orders as required.
Generation of reports from different HP tools.

Must
English proficiency (written ?spoken): 80% (preferably 90%)
Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in problem detection and analysis of root causes with strong experience in creating improvements to promote sustainable outputs.
MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Strong Excel skills and knowledge. Experience in creating reports via pivot tables and graphs.
Work with resources to compile data for reporting using applications, excel, SharePoint, etc.
Goal-oriented and self-driven.
Ability to provide results from a set of instructions.
Ability to work under pressure.
Work independently and be proactive. Self-sustained.

Preferred
HP product knowledge
PMP and L6s certified and practitioner.
Process improvement with demonstrated results.
