Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about operational excellence? Join our team as an Order Processing Analyst and play a key role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a seamless order lifecycle process.
What Youll Do:
Review and validate sales orders and contracts for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure accurate data entry in CRM and ERP systems.
Coordinate the provisioning of new accounts/services and resolve related issues.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve order-related queries.
Support period-end close activities and generate operational reports.
Identify and implement improvements in the quote-to-cash process.
What Were Looking For:
24 years of experience in order processing, sales operations, or finance (preferably in SaaS or tech).
Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and quote-to-cash processes.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);Visio and DocuSign are a plus.
Bachelors degree preferred.
