Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Tracking and Analysis Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry into our platform, ensuring the accuracy and quality of information, and providing ongoing support to the sales team. This role will require a proactive individual who can follow up on sales opportunities and investigate any missed follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
Input and manage data in the platform, ensuring all information is accurate and of high quality.
Follow up with the sales team on missed opportunities and ensure proper tracking of sales activities.
Analyze and monitor data trends to help identify areas for improvement and support business decisions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and data management.
Support the team with any data-related inquiries or troubleshooting.
Work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
Requirements:
English proficiency required for communication and data handling.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Native or advanced proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
Strong willingness to learn and improve professionally.
Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
Comfortable asking questions and investigating solutions when challenges arise.
Additional Information:
Position: Full-time, 1-year contract (with extension possibility)
