Key Responsibilities
Coach line managers and people leads, enable them to guide employees, facilitate engagement, people programs and activities.
Manage employee life cycle activities i.e. employee orientation, integration and engagement activities, annual Performance review and associated compensation processes.
Develop and execute employee satisfaction initiatives.
Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of all operations to ensure adherence to global policies and processes.
Accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery within Employee Relations, Internal Controls & Compliance, Learning, Transitions and Records & Document Management.
Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals.
Facilitate teamwork and process integration across the team.
Coordinate, deliver, prioritize, and manage escalation of all activities executed by the Location HR and HR Partners teams.
Required Experience
Strong English Skills for Business (Written and Spoken)
Bachelors degree and/or work equivalent in human resources, psychology or labor relations.
3-5 years of experience in HR administrative areas.
Knowledge in labour Law.
Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Job conditions:
1 year contract.
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Location: San Francisco, Heredia. 100% onsite.
