Cuentas por pagar Inglés B2

This person is responsible for the creation of requisitions and purchase orders, invoice processing, execution of payments to vendors, reimbursements to employees, corporate credit cards, and any other kind of payments of operating expenses and account reconciliations. This position manages high risk activities which include the funding of banking accounts through, the execution of proper controls.

Daily functions:
Receive and review in a daily basis the invoices to be paid through Oracle system.
Generate requisitions and purchase orders when necessary.
Perfom invoice entry.

High school Diploma.
Accounting background: Accounting Technical Degree or Accounting Bachelor current University student. Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting and bookkeeping.
Accounts Payable working experience, preferably in a data entry environment ? Desirable
Microsoft Office knowledge (Word,Excel)
