As a Contract Administrator/ sales support /Sales Associate Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting our Sales Associates in the sales process for our core Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services to new and/or established businesses. This individual assists in creating a seamless prospect quoting experience focused on optimizing speed to quote. Sales Associate Coordinators will provide support through the data collection process and validate client information for quote submission. Through dedicated support this individual will support accuracy and assist in expediating the quoting process.
What you will do
Work with Sales Associates to gather and enter data into Feuji?s portal to provide accurate and timely pricing quotes.
Coordinate with Sales Associates for facilitation of requests, documents and information necessary to support the prospective client.
Conduct RFP audits by reviewing client information through Feuji?s portal, following up as necessary to ensure a timely execution of review.
Run reports and data entry in Salesforce.
Transcribe and execute data as required to expediate the quoting process.
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Education Qualifications
General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferred
Experience Qualifications
Typically 1+ years of business operations, office, administrative, or sales experience
