Location: Heredia, Costa Rica
Work Modality: Hybrid
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Talent Screener to support the Talent Acquisition team through high-volume candidate screening activities and by ensuring a positive candidate experience during the early stages of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Review resumes and applications to assess alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct a high volume of initial phone screenings (10+ per day).
- Document candidate assessments and maintain accurate records within the ATS.
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
- Support candidate pipeline management and maintain service level expectations.
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Degree or studies in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, HR, customer service, call center, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
- Strong ability to review resumes and assess candidates against defined qualifications.
