Bilingual Senior Recruiter
Location: Heredia, Costa Rica
Work Modality: Hybrid
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Senior Recruiter to join our team. This position is ideal for professionals with solid full-cycle recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to act as a strategic talent advisor throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience working within Workday (or a similar ATS).
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of process discipline, compliance, and data integrity.
- Are capable of leading intake sessions with hiring managers.
- Operate as true talent advisors, ensuring alignment between job requirements and market realities.
- Are comfortable facilitating recurring touchpoints with hiring managers.
- Provide proactive pipeline updates, market insight, and strategic recommendations.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to both hiring managers and candidates.
Requirements
- Degree or studies in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and stakeholder relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing end-to-end requisitions within Procurement, HR, and/or IT, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong stakeholder alignment.
