Working with the Program Manager and other business owners to publish and release online trainings to improve our people and the organization.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

1. Support Publishing operational tasks for releasing online content
2. Manage the course development lifecycle and its necessary tasks for creating items
3. Work with authoring tools to create online trainings based on specific requirements.
4. Test courses to ensure functionality.
5. Provide regular reports and insights.
6. Ensure learning data and content is properly maintained in the system and reviewed periodically.
7. Provide timely and efficient investigation for issues related to the courses in the platform.
8. Performs other duties as assigned by the Team Leads.

1. Manage the publishing and operations functions for online trainings.
2. Manage workloads to ensure even distribution of responsibilities.
3. Be a technical and functional resource and SME for team members and stakeholders.
4. Prepare periodic status update reports for the stakeholders and leadership team.
5. Evangelize publishing operations standards.
6. Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures for operational excellence.
7. operational and performance metrics.
8. Develop process documentation, support material, SOPs.
9. Identify complex issues and develop/implement a plan of action to resolve them.
10. Ensure the completion of outgoing work with quality, accuracy, and consistency.
11. Analyze reports information to formulate conclusions on process improvements.
12. Manage the Online trainings creation lifecycle from packaging to release.

Essential requirements Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Experience with Operational processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with excellent planning, administrative and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills and cultural awareness
- Positive team player who is adaptable to a changing enterprise environment
- Experience with managing multiple projects with tight time constraints
- Passionate about the learner experience and open to feedback
- Fluency in English language
Technical Skills:
o Proficient with MS Office {Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams}
o Familiarity with authoring tools (APS, Storyline), Expression Web, HTML.
o Basic understanding of Microsoft SharePoint administration
