We?re looking for motivated Technical Support Agent to join our IT team. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving technical issues in person, and helping users directly, this is a great opportunity to start your

What you?ll do Provide onsite technical support to end users (in-person)
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
-Set up and configure workstations, printers, and IT equipment
-Assist users directly with technical requests and incidents
- Log and track issues using a ticketing system
- Escalate complex problems when needed
What we?re looking for Basic knowledge of
- Windows/Linux and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent (IT studies are a plus)
- Previous technical support experience
- Work conditions 100% onsite role (not remote)
- Schedule availability required
