Job Purpose
Drive the content and marketing strategy for the Latin American region by managing website content, regional webinars, SEO, and promotional campaigns while ensuring alignment with the Global Marketing team and supporting business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop the content strategy for the website for the Latin America and Iberia region
- Closely coordinate with the Global Marketing team for content publication on the website
- Develop and manage the content strategy for online sessions in Latin America and Iberia (Regional Webinars)
- Coordinate with speakers and subject matter experts for organizing online sessions in Latin America and Iberia (Regional Webinars)
- Prepare email campaigns related to online sessions in Latin America and Iberia (Regional Webinars)
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for online sessions in Latin America and Iberia (Regional Webinars)
- Analyze and report on the performance of online sessions in Latin America and Iberia (Regional Webinars)
- Research and implement SEO best practices to increase content visibility in collaboration with the Global Marketing team
- Closely coordinate with the Global Marketing team for any ideas or initiatives to be executed regionally or globally
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to ensure brand consistency
- Monitor audience engagement and feedback to refine the regional marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the design team for promotional materials
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers in the region to effectively manage campaigns and support Partners and Trainers in Latin America and Iberia
- Stay updated with industry trends and marketing best practices
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Competencies
- Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, or another related field
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Officer, Events Officer or similar role
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Customer/Market orientated
- Able to prioritize
- Able to maintain high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines

- Keen eye for details and design (Canva and Adobe Creative Suite)

Job Type: Full-time, four days a week | Location: San Jose | Language: English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
