We are seeking a Visual Designer who is passionate about user interface design, patterns, styles and creating consistency across user experiences. Candidates will work directly with Design and Content to create websites that enhance user experience and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to be creative and innovative. The work will be strictly in English and any candidates applying must have high English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with design, content and UX teams to create websites that enhance user experience and customer satisfaction
- Work cross departmentally with different teams
- Stay up to date with best practices for responsive websites
- Work closely with management to maintain consistency across our web presence
Requirements
- Experience creating website visual graphics
- Proficiency in methods for designing easy to use interfaces in a variety of web-based and mobile formats
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions is a requirement for application
- Proficiency communicating in English
- Technical Degree in Graphic Design or related degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in website/graphic design + UI
- Passionate in identifying new trends, technologies and best practices for web design
- Ability to communicate with management and development teams
- Interaction design skills: Rapid prototyping, lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes, workflow analysis.
- Visual design skills: graphic design, layout, visual specs, patterns designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop
