Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities in Human Resources services.
Engage and negotiate with decision-makers: HR, Finance, and General Management.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Monitor and achieve commercial KPIs (calls, meetings, opportunities, closures).
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B consultative sales.
Fluent English is required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Results-driven mindset and knowledge of the Costa Rica market.
