We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor to join our team!

Advanced English level-B2
Full Flexibility
High School Diploma
Onsite Positions (Pavas)


Candidate Profile:

Demonstrates empathy and professionalism in chat interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Efficiently manages multiple chat windows and uses software tools to resolve customer queries promptly.
Ability to craft clear, concise, and grammatically correct messages that convey information effectively to customers.
Ensures accuracy in responses and follows up on customer needs diligently.
Capable of handling simultaneous chat sessions and adjusting to varying customer needs or system changes quickly.
Maintains focus and efficiency even with high volumes of chat interactions.
Team player and independent worker: Collaborates with team members when needed but can also operate independently to meet individual performance metrics.
