Accounting and Invoicing Executive

This position is responsible for supporting accounting/invoicing operations of the LATAM Imports & Exports Organization.


Job Specifications:

- Bachelor?s degree in accounting or finance, Business Administration, Logistics, Customs Administration or similar.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- SAP- Finance Module experience
- Spreadsheet/ MS Excel experience/knowledge: Intermediate
- Experience in AP: Accounts Payable // AR: Accounts Receivable process.
- Customer Service experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to handle sensitive information.
- Customs procedures knowledge is a plus.
- English: Advanced


Necessary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Use the SAP system appropriately and responsibly.
- Provide external and internal customer service.
- Provide timely response to the status of in-process loads.
- Coordinate with other departments the requirements that are necessary for the export
process.
- Know and achieve the goals proposed by the leadership such as: timely monitoring of purchases and sales, lead time, efficiency, output, reports and others.
- Apply policies and procedures to ensure the supply chain works smoothly.
- Coordinate with the specific areas involved; prepare and deliver a report on the cause of the Incident, resolution time, for improvement and actions for the definitive solution to any client that requests it.
- Responsible for handling, documenting, escalating, solving escalated customers' claims and complaints to specific areas for quick resolution of issues and elimination of dissatisfaction.
- Inform the immediate supervisor of any opportunities for improvement in your workspace.
- Follow up with specific area(s) to ensure requirements are being met according to SLA, solutions have been implemented and customers are satisfied
- Provide follow-up and KPIs of escalation cases to other areas to improve standards of quality, for increased client satisfaction and identify trends.
