Job Description


The Global Employment Screening Advisor role is responsible for supporting, managing, and conducting background check and screening investigations. The role works closely with our background check vendor, recruiters, and other HR organizations. Good customer service, organization, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities
· Supports, manages, and conducts Global Employment Screening investigations with medium to high complexity
· Provides investigation pre-planning, i.e., scoping and plan development support
· Provides support to other team members as it relates to the development of the strategy and negotiation proposals, meetings, examining agreements, building, and updating requirements

Education & Experience Recommended
· Four-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or any other related discipline
· Typically has 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in background checks, employee relations, HR compliance, labor relations, employment & labor law, or a related field
