The Service Desk Analyst will provide professional business and information technology services, both individually and as part of a project team, with a focus on supporting Auxis managed services and infrastructure services, clients, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
·         B2+ English Language (Oral and writing)
·         Schedule flexibility.
·         1-2 years of Technical support Experience Knowledge/Training on best practices or IT frameworks, such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
·         Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, network-shared printers and drives experiences
