Inclusion Program Coordinator Human Resources
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Inclusion Program Coordinator to serve as a critical integration point between the Inclusion Strategy and Governance Office and the Inclusion and Belonging Team.
This role will be responsible for assisting in the alignment, governance, and tracking of inclusion objectives across all global, market, and country-level initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong program management expertise, a deep understanding of inclusion and belonging principles, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
-Key ResponsibilitiesInclusion Strategy & Governance-
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Inclusion Strategy and Governance Office and the Inclusion and Belonging Team.
- Ensure alignment of inclusion objectives across global, regional, and local initiatives.
- Maintain governance frameworks that support execution and accountability of aligned objectives.
- Track and report on progress of inclusion initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment with enterprise-wide strategy.
- Support the integration of workforce metrics into business planning and performance management processes.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in inclusion efforts and recommend strategic solutions.
-Program Coordination-
- Assist with planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs related to inclusion and belonging.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor program budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams and project teams to ensure alignment and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including roadmaps, charters, and status reports.
- Prepare and facilitate program governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder updates.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
-Qualifications-
- Bachelor?s degree in Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program coordination, preferably in inclusion or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience in tracking KPIs and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau).
