Human Resources Generalist
Responsibilities:
· Process Administration: Manages all recruitment administration, including CV capture, requisition management, ATS updates, pre-employment screening support and onboarding support for junior level hires.
· Candidate & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicates proactively with junior candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, addressing queries and status updates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
· Interview Management: Coordinates and schedules interviews for candidates across all seniority levels.
· Offer & Onboarding: Manages employment offer process and supports the junior new hire onboarding activities.
· Compliance Assurance: Ensures strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and guidelines, particularly regarding immigration and work authorization.
· Relationship Building: Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors, keeping them informed on processes.
Qualifications:
· Two (2) years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent research, or candidate generation (agency or in-house), preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment, following a global service delivery model.
· Effective English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any client specific languages as required.
· Is customer-focused and detail-oriented.
· Has effective interpersonal skills and with proven ability to build and maintain strong virtual and in-person relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
· Is team-oriented, with the ability to flex in support of timelines and deliverables.
· Has the ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
· Has demonstrable proficiency in using HR systems (such as Workday Recruiting and other Applicant Tracking Systems), communication tools (such as Zoom), and working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel.
· Strong organizational and documentation skills.
· Must be flexible to work various shifts and/or extended hours as business needs require.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related.
