Our client, Guanacaste Airport, is looking for an experienced and bilingual Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant at our client's Guanacaste location. The Executive Assistant will support senior executives by managing administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, preparing reports, and maintaining confidential records. The role involves coordinating communications, drafting correspondence, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will handle travel arrangements, assist with project coordination, and act as a liaison between departments and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
Qualifications
Proven experience in executive administrative assistance roles
Proficiency in preparing and managing reports
Strong executive support skills, including calendar management and travel coordination
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and digital collaboration tools
High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Experience working directly with senior leadership is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
