About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead process improvement, operational efficiency, and cross-functional initiatives within our organization. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma (or similar) methodologies.
Analyze workflows and implement data-driven strategies to reduce costs, improve quality, and optimize performance.
Partner with senior leadership to align operations with organizational goals.
Manage, coach, and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports on operational performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to implement best practices and process innovations.
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (Master?s preferred).
5 years of progressive experience in operations management, process improvement, or project management.
Proven success leading Lean/Six Sigma projects (or similar) with measurable outcomes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency with process mapping, data analysis, and operational performance tools.
