We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrative Manager and Travel Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our office and manage travel arrangements for our team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:



Office Administration:

Manage the overall administration of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate and organize office events, including team-building activities and celebrations.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.


Travel Coordination:

Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
Maintain relationships with travel agencies and service providers to negotiate the best rates and services.




Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is an advantage.
Proven experience in office administration and travel coordination, preferably in a global company.
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal); additional language skills are a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Flexible working schedule to accommodate varying needs of the team and office.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexible hours ? work in different time zones.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Location: Escazú, Costa Rica Hybrid
